Shop support and Marketplace platform help from SBS in Dublin.
For SBS Shop orders, delivery, returns, account help, or help using Marketplace:
For a Shop order, include the order number (it looks like SBS-XXXXXXXXXXXX). For Marketplace help, do not email payment credentials, security codes, or another member’s private information.
For a Shop order, open the SBS Shop support chat and attach the order. Marketplace messages between members are separate from Shop support.
Marketplace is a free private-member advert service. SBS does not own, inspect or authenticate Marketplace items, does not take payment or arrange handover, and offers no buyer protection.
Use Report in the app to send an advert, member, message or conversation to the SBS moderation queue. A report does not automatically hide content or block a member. Use Block separately to stop Marketplace discovery and messaging between you.
If SBS rejects or removes your advert, or restricts your Marketplace access, use the in-app Appeal option when shown. Appeals concern SBS platform-moderation decisions. SBS does not mediate private-sale or payment disputes.

Our returns policy applies only to products sold by SBS in Shop. Marketplace adverts are private member arrangements: SBS does not take payment and cannot issue a Marketplace refund or return.

If your parcel is missing or shows as delivered but is not with you, email us and we will chase An Post with you.
To ask what we hold, correct it, or have your account deleted, write to [email protected]. We respond within one calendar month. You can also delete your account yourself in the app under Account.
SBS is a Dublin-based resale business selling pre-owned and new streetwear, trainers, accessories and tech through SBS Shop. Marketplace is a separate free service where private members post their own adverts and arrange privately with each other.
