Simple, fair returns for every order
Store credit is entirely optional — you can always request a refund to your original payment method.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item and receive a full refund. This applies to all distance orders under Irish consumer law (S.I. No. 484/2013).
To start a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery:
Include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the item.
Note: If delivery was delayed by An Post, your 14-day window starts from actual delivery, not the estimated date.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Because we sell pre-owned goods, condition standards matter.
Must be unworn and unused
All original tags attached
Original packaging intact
Must not have been further used
Same condition as when received
No new damage or odours
Must not have been worn outside
Clean soles, no scuffs added
Include any box that was supplied
Factory reset before returning
All accessories included
No new physical damage
Original fault must be present — we cannot accept tech with new damage
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrectly sent.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, contact us immediately. In these cases we will cover return postage and offer:

Once we dispatch with An Post tracking, delivery is managed by An Post. If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or the parcel is confirmed lost:
