You have 14 days from delivery to return items for any reason under EU distance selling rules. This applies to all our products: shoes, sportswear, and tech.
¸ Important: Pre-owned luxury items require strict care during inspection. Any use beyond what's necessary to check the item may result in diminished value deductions or return refusal.

Not Allowed: Wearing outside, in public, or for extended periods
¸ TAG POLICY - BRAND NEW ITEMS ONLY
Original retail tags (price tags, brand tags) are only present on brand new items. Pre-owned items typically do not have retail tags. The strict tag policy below applies ONLY if your item was sold as brand new with tags attached.
Inspection Checklist:
- Soles clean & unworn - No outdoor wear, dirt, or scuff marks
- Original box included - Undamaged, with all tissue/inserts (if included with purchase)
- BRAND NEW ITEMS - ALL TAGS ATTACHED (CRITICAL) - If your item was sold as brand new, SBS tags, brand tags, size labels, price tags must remain attached and undamaged. New items without tags = REFUSED or 50-70% deduction.
- Accessories complete - Extra laces, dust bags, hangers (if included with purchase)
- No odours - Must not smell of body odour, smoke, or perfume
Deductions/Refusals for:
- Removed tags (brand new items only): 50-70% deduction or complete refusal
- Worn soles: 30-50% deduction
- Damaged boxes: €10-50 deduction
- Missing accessories: Replacement cost deducted
- Odours/stains: 40-100% deduction
“± TECH - Return Requirements
¸ Critical: Tech returns require data removal and account unlinking. Failure = automatic rejection.
Before Returning Tech:
- Factory Reset - Remove ALL personal data, photos, accounts
- Disable Find My / Activation Lock - iPhones/iPads must be removed from Apple ID
- Unregister Software - Deactivate any activated licenses/services
- Log Out Accounts - Google, Samsung, Microsoft, game accounts
- Check IMEI/Serial - Must match device we shipped (no swaps)
- Not Blacklisted - Device must not be reported lost/stolen
Physical Condition:
- No cracks, dents, or scratches (beyond original condition)
- All buttons, ports, cameras functional
- No liquid damage indicators triggered
- Security seals/warranty stickers intact (if applied)
- Original accessories complete (cables, chargers, earbuds, manuals, boxes)
Returns rejected for: Activation lock, IMEI mismatch, blacklisted devices, data not wiped, broken seals, physical damage.

Refund Timeframe

What We Refund

Diminished Value Deductions
If the item is returned in worse condition than necessary for inspection, we deduct the cost of diminished value from your refund. Examples:
- Tags removed/damaged (brand new items only): 50-70% deduction or complete refusal (tags essential for resale of new items)
- Shoes worn outside: 30-50% deduction
- Damaged/missing boxes: €10-50 deduction
- Missing accessories: Replacement cost deducted
- Physical damage (tech): Up to full refund refusal
- Stains/odours (clothing): 40-100% deduction depending on severity
Pro Tip: Choose store credit to receive more lenient assessments on minor handling marks!
Lost/Delayed Parcels (An Post)
All orders ship via An Post with tracking. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can occasionally take 30+ days.
Important: Refunds for lost parcels are only issued after An Post completes their investigation and confirms the parcel as lost. This can take several weeks.
If your parcel is delayed or missing:
- Contact us with your tracking number
- We'll initiate a trace with An Post immediately
- Wait for An Post investigation to complete (2-4 weeks typically)
- Refund/replacement issued once An Post confirms loss
We cannot issue refunds while tracking shows "in transit" even if delayed.
When Returns Are Rejected
We reserve the right to reject returns and refuse refunds if:
- Item returned differs from what we shipped (swap/counterfeit)
- Item fails re-authentication
- Item returned in unsellable condition
- Tech not factory reset or activation locked
- IMEI/serial number doesn't match
- Security seals broken (where applicable)
- Return request made after 14-day period
Rejected items will be returned to you at your cost. No refund will be issued.
